No Bake Frozen Peanut Butter Pie
This frozen peanut butter pie is the perfect no-bake dessert. Made with cream cheese, Cool Whip, real peanut butter, and a graham cracker crust—it’s rich, creamy, and insanely easy to make.

- 1/2 cup half & half
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tbsp peanut butter powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla paste
- 4 oz container Cool Whip I like extra creamy
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
- salted crushed peanuts, caramel and chocolate for topping
In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter and blend until combined.
Now, mix in half and half mixture until smooth, scraping down sides to ensure thoroughly mixed.
Next, mix in peanut butter powder and vanilla and cool whip, working in batches if needed.
Whip until combined and scrape sides, folding in any unmixed portions before pouring into graham cracker crust.
Set in freezer for at least 4 hours or until frozen.
If desired, top with salted, crushed peanuts, chocolate sauce and/or caramel. Enjoy!
