No Bake Frozen Peanut Butter Pie

This frozen peanut butter pie is the perfect no-bake dessert. Made with cream cheese, Cool Whip, real peanut butter, and a graham cracker crust—it’s rich, creamy, and insanely easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup half & half
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla paste
  • 4 oz container Cool Whip I like extra creamy
  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust
  • salted crushed peanuts, caramel and chocolate for topping

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add peanut butter and blend until combined.
  • Now, mix in half and half mixture until smooth, scraping down sides to ensure thoroughly mixed.
  • Next, mix in peanut butter powder and vanilla and cool whip, working in batches if needed.
  • Whip until combined and scrape sides, folding in any unmixed portions before pouring into graham cracker crust.
  • Set in freezer for at least 4 hours or until frozen.
  • If desired, top with salted, crushed peanuts, chocolate sauce and/or caramel. Enjoy!
